Good communication and fast service. What I didn't like is that I got a fake vape cartridge from them (confirmed after researching a bit online - btw, not the best to find out your cartridge is fake while high and prone to paranoia). The vape tastes and feels good, but I usually vape flower so wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway. Now I'm feeling that I just wasted a lot of money on something I should probably toss in the bin
