Gave these guys close to 10K a year for over a year. In all that time, never got a dollar off, a free roll, nothing! I caught COVID and quit smoking bud. The last time I met with Jack, he shorted me a half gram cart ($40). After a nice break from smoking (due to COVID), I called him back and mentioned the cart (we both marked the message for future reference). At first he said sure, I got you. Than the next day, when I put in the order, he went ape shit on me. He called me a clown, told me to F^ck myself and than threatened me (and I have the message as proof) He spoke like a complete teenager. Calling me mofo, clown, dumb shit a 15 year old would say. Than he started complaining and saying that I’m the worst type of customer because I complain about everything and live in th middle of nowhere. I live 7 minutes from jfk, 1 block from Brooklyn (East new york) so he says 5 boroughs but after 10K spent I find out it bothered him. Maybe you should charge less for pickups and more for deliveries? Could solve a problem. So, after spending 10K with this dude and NEVER asking for a dollar off menu price or receiving a free roll, he essentially went crazy cause I asked for the half gram cart ($40). How does this make sense? I was shorted bud (3 grams) on an 1/4, once, and mentioned it. So I guess that’s where I complained, crazy me. He than told me that I was basically a waste of life and said COVID should’ve killed me and said “I hope you have long COVID for years”. Dude is certified nuts. All he had to do was say no can’t honor the half gram. Instead he basically acknowledged he owed me and that to f^ck myself, told me to die, and threatened me while calling me a clown. Hell deny it, but it’s the truth. So after spending 10K with this guy for over a year, it meant nothing to him because he didn’t like where I live? I never had an order under $300 and most were closer to $700.- meaning that I paid same price for 10 carts as someone else did for 3, and never complained. Never a free roll, nothing! Nothing but a bad attitude and bad communication. He does have good stuff but I have had bad, fake carts from him. Some heavy hitters and brass knuckles were 100% fake and weak. Bubble would move like it was water. He’s sent the wrong strain numerous times instead of just telling me he doesn’t have the one I asked for. Never even complained about it. So I don’t know if he was having a bad day or a bad breakup but you don’t do that to people. Just straight evil type person and bad at customer relations.

They missed the delivery at BK. I changed it to Queens for the next day and they went to BK. I asked for a delivery the 3rd day and nothing by 6pm when I should be getting it between 2-6pm! C’mon!! I wanted it for the holidays with family and they screwed me over!!

definitely worth the wait. I suggest that you shop at the top end of the menu. they call me mr. $140. anything from trufflez is really my current go-to but what I love most abut these guys is the menu changes so often I can try a lot of different strains from premium growers all over the US. I'm a CA guy at heart but I see you Maine. the east coast has come a long way. but I digress, just check out their site. you Will see.
