The staff absolutely makes you feel welcome and secure when you walk in for your purchase or pickup, very friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was in the pickup order for my gift wasn't ready yet, but they were kind enough to head into the back to put it together for me. The whole atmosphere just makes you feel comfortable, I've been to several other ships like this in DC and a lot of them made me feel like we were doing something wrong. Not the case with this place.
