In a world where virtual conferences are the new thing, there's a big new high-tech cannabis networking event! The
Emerge Virtual Cannabis Conference runs for three days starting Tuesday Dec. 15. The conference features a star-studded lineup of who’s-who in cannabis, including Snoop Dogg, who will accept the Clio Lifetime Achievement Award.
A slate of keynote speakers is topped by names like David Crosby, Julian Marley and former Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. The three-day virtual event has more than 60 exhibitors, and is expecting more than 2,500 attendees.
Gamified Connection
The virtual conference offers a unique, immersive experience through the
Hyperfair platform. Attendees select an avatar to walk around the trade show, where you can visit booths and exchange business cards with other people in real time. You can make industry connections, peruse cannabis business opportunities, and check out educational seminars with no travel, and no safety concerns!
There's also a cannabis investment “Pitch Contest” in partnership with the industry’s largest cannabis business social network,
Leafwire, and cannabis sustainability fund,
Regennabis, where presenters will compete for access to over five million dollars in funding.
The Emerge Sessions
The Emerge Cannabis Conference features three virtual reality auditoriums where attendees will see multiple keynote and headline speakers, three topic tracks, and 30+ sessions of expert, actionable content over three days. Tracks include: The Future of Cannabis Business, Cannabis Health & Wellness, and Cannabis Sales & Marketing. The conference also features the
Clio Cannabis Awards as part of the event.
Keynote speakers include legends like Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, guitarist, activist, counter-culture icon, author and cannabis advocate David Crosby. Crosby is developing his own cannabis brand called
Mighty Croz, with flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles and a variety of CBD products.
The event will close out with a speech by musician Julian Marley, son of the famed late reggae musician, Bob Marley.
